106 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 106's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 106 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 106 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use 106's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 106 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Age and eligibility requirements met
The 106 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 106 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this eligibility condition.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 106 platform. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure and for not disclosing them to any third party. All activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or by anyone else who gains access to it — is your responsibility alone.
User responsibilities when using the platform
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 106 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or transactions.
- Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or any other unauthorised advantage.
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity in violation of Malaysian law.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the systems or infrastructure of the 106 platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
Deposits and currency
All transactions on the 106 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds. 106 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by the user's bank or any third-party payment provider.
Withdrawals and settlement
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, following identity verification and compliance with all applicable conditions. 106 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms.
Bonus and promotion terms
Any bonuses or promotional offers received by a user are subject to the wagering requirements and specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses may not be directly converted to cash unless all wagering requirements have been fully met. 106 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Liability Limitations and Account Management Policy
Platform liability limits
The 106 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or continuity of service. 106 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or software bugs.
106's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Account suspension and closure
106 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected activity involving fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period as defined by the platform's internal policy.
Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited at 106's discretion. For accounts closed for other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual property rights
All content on the 106 platform — including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 106 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from 106.
Third-party links and content
The 106 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for informational convenience only. 106 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and makes no representations or warranties in relation to them. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
106 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational needs or changes in law. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
